She is currently completing her dissertation on a topic that investigates various energy behaviors, including the use of modern/clean fuels, energy conservation, and the adoption of energy efficiency technologies in Indonesian households. She relates these energy behaviors to educational attainment and gender perspectives. More specifically, her dissertation aims to investigate the causal impact between education and various energy behaviors, as well as the influence of gender inequality in education and employment on household energy behavior. It is hoped that her findings will not only fill the gaps and enrich the existing literature but also provide important insights that are beneficial in enhancing energy policies for sustainable development.
